Araga-Kashinokidai Station (荒河かしの木台駅)
Araga-Kashinokidai Station, located in Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture, is a railroad facility on the Miyafuku Line of the Kitakinki Tango Railway (KTR).
Station layout
It is an unmanned station with two opposing platforms and two tracks running in between. There is no station building, and the elevated platform is reached by means of a stairway. There is a waiting room on the platform.
South of the station is a train depot (Fukuchiyama operation area) at which certain trains terminate (no setup at time of revision in March 2007). The JR Sanin Main Line runs parallel from Fukuchiyama Station past this facility, but there is no stop here on the Sanin Main line.
Station surroundings
A new residential area called Kashinokidai is located west of the station.
Passenger use
The average daily number of passengers boarding at this station in fiscal year 2006 was 27.

Despite the existence of a new residential area near the station, very few people use this facility.
History
July 16, 1988: The station opened as a station on the Miyafuku Line of Miyafuku Railway (now Kitakinki Tango Railways).
